State Resolutions
Resolutions in support of amending the Constitution have been introduced in several states.
The Problem
On January 21, 2010, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that corporations are entitled to spend unlimited funds in our elections.
The Constitution was never intended to protect corporations.
This cannot stand. Free speech and other constitutional rights are for people, not corporations. We must act now.
The Solution
